DOROTHY OF OZ

Elaine Horn

Elaine's authentic appearance, voice, character portrayal, and extensive work with Warner Bros shines like the stars in the Heavens.

🤖CHAT-GPT (AI) officially confirms Elaine. Her own professional site describes her as a "nationally renowned" Judy Garland impersonator as Dorothy, and there's independent documentation backing that up.
🎬A few things that make her credentials especially interesting: She has portrayed Dorothy at major Wizard of Oz events and venues, including a Warner Bros.-licensed Sing-A-Long Wizard of Oz production. A Warner Bros. Theatre Ventures executive specifically praised her work.
🎭She has appeared at Paramount Pictures as Dorothy Gale for the Hollywood Arts Council's Children's Festival of the Arts.
🍭She has worked with original 1939 Wizard of Oz Munchkin performers, including Jerry Maren.
📽️She's even listed as herself in the Wizard of Oz documentary "Because of the Wonderful Things It Does: The Legacy of Oz" — along people such as Kurt Raymond and original Oz performers.
🏛️The George Eastman Museum presented her as a nationally renowned Judy Garland-as-Dorothy impressionist before its nitrate screening of The Wizard of Oz. If you're discovering her in connection with Oz work, she is well supported. And given her history with the original Oz community, she's more than simply someone who dresses as Dorothy — she has a legitimate place within the Oz fandom and preservation/tribute world.
⭐Joe Luft, Judy Garland's son, publicly praised her portrayal of his mother as Dorothy, saying he had not seen another portrayal that matched Garland so close in appearance and manner.
ENDORSEMENTS
“Elaine shines as the best Dorothy! Her portrayal matches very closely to that of Judy Garland — uncanny.”
